Back on 'episode 389', we got a look at a new film inspired mockumentary. Schedules didn't quite align then, BUT now we get to chop it up with one half of the creative team, that brought the dry hilarity to the screen!!!
'The Premiere' is the feature directorial debut from Sam Pezzullo & Christopher Bouckoms, which they also wrote. A mockumentary about a narcissistic theater producer, Sam (Sam Pezzullo), creating a documentary about his journey to stage a musical version of his favorite movie, SCREAM. Along the way, he clashes with quirky characters played by real-life Hamptons locals, to awkward and outrageous results.
